CLUB ARROW
Flying School with Sport and Recreational Aircraft
Club Arrow arises from a wish of Lawyer Lauri, Gold Medal for Military Valour during the Second World War to found a club where military and civil, sport and recreational pilots could meet in order to express their passion for flying and to spread the Aeronautical culture.
Club Arrow performs flying activity by chartering the members (pilots) its own aircraft, Sky Arrow 450T and TS, organizes both cultural and sport events and also manages a recreational flying school under the aegis and control of Aero Club d'Italia (Italian Aero Club).
- Sport and Recreational aircraft flying School -
Club Arrow owns a licence number 150 issued by Aero Club d'Italia according to which the school can perform sport and recreational flights.
The course consists of 40 hours of theoretical lessons and 12 hours of flying training with Sky Arrow 450T aircraft.
The members of "Club Arrow" and temporarily attached members can take part to the teaching activities.
- Charter a Sport and Recreational aircraft -
The Club owns Sky Arrow 450T which can be chartered by pilots qualified as "operational pilots" (OP) by the Responsible of Charter Dept.
In case of pilots with not enough experience, he has the qualification of "pilots with operational limits" (LOP) and they can charter the aircraft only whether operated with a "qualified pilot" in order to get familiar with the aircraft thus gaining experience in flying.
